Oplossing voor beperkte losruimte: Bij dit project hebben we in een ruimte met beperkte ruimte een big bag-legstation ontwikkeld waarmee twee big bags tegelijkertijd kunnen worden geleegd.
De big bags worden in harnassen gehangen en met een lier opgehesen. De mobiele docking stations worden onder de big bags geschoven en zijn uitgerust met apparaten voor stofarme aansluiting voor het legen van de big bags.
Met twee voedingsadapters per docking station wordt het te transporteren materiaal via in totaal vier VS250-vacuümtransporteurs naar de volgende processen gevoerd, waarbij in dit geval vier mengers worden geladen. Het geloste en getransporteerde product is natriumbicarbonaat.
