Soms kunnen na langdurige opslag, of door de aard van het product, agglomeraten ontstaan in zakken en andere opslagcontainers. Deze kunnen leiden tot verstoppingen in de aanzuigleiding tijdens het transport of tot negatieve invloeden in de downstream-processen, omdat de producten bijvoorbeeld niet meer efficiënt kunnen worden gemengd.
Daarom werd de VOLKMANN klontbreker ontwikkeld. Deze kan direct aan een flens worden gemonteerd, bijvoorbeeld onder de RNT 180 (rip and tip sack loading station), en breekt grotere agglomeraten voordat ze worden getransporteerd.
Installatie onder een station voor het legen van grote zakken is ook mogelijk. Door zijn ontwerp is de klonterbreker gemakkelijk te reinigen en kan hij, dankzij ons typeonderzoek, ook worden gebruikt in stof- en gasvrije zones.
De RNT180 heeft een buffervolume van ca. 180 liter en kan desgewenst worden uitgebreid tot maximaal 400 liter. Bovendien kan het station worden gebruikt met sensoren, diverse ledigingshulpmiddelen of als gewogen versie.
